# Roadmap

> What we are building next.

## In flight (next \~30 days)

* **Self-serve signup + Stripe checkout** — pay with a card, get a key, skip the email. Targeted for next release.
* **Usage dashboard** — see calls / endpoint / month, monitor cost.
* **MCP server v0.2.0** — examples folder, expanded README, CI install verification, possibly tests.
* **Citation audit** — ensure every endpoint response surfaces citation fields as first-class output.

## On deck (next \~60 days)

* **`/synthesize` endpoint** — long-form generation grounded in cited company intelligence. Powers Aloud (CaliKo's audio-digest app).
* **Programmatic force-refresh** — `POST /api/v1/refresh-entity` opened to API consumers (currently internal-only).
* **Vertical-specific endpoints** — based on customer feedback, likely starting with financial / compliance / sales-research verticals.

## Considered (no commitment)

* **WebSocket / SSE for streaming `/enrich`** — when caller volume justifies the infra
* **Webhook subscriptions for material events** — push instead of poll
* **Custom corroboration rules** — pluggable evidence weights per customer

## Off the table

* Free unlimited tier (operationally untenable)
* Anonymous access (citation discipline requires a known caller for audit)
* Real-time crawling (we curate; we don't scrape)
* Sales-team-targeted contact data (use [Apollo](https://apollo.io) or [Clearbit](https://clearbit.com); BETA is for systems, not SDR workflows)
